What we store and why

Name, email, delivery address, phone number and payment references from Stripe. We use them to deliver your order, send the order confirmation and shipping emails, and handle complaints and returns. The legal basis is the contract with you. Order records are kept for seven years because Swedish bookkeeping law requires it. We do not store card details. There are no customer accounts.

Who receives the data

Stripe (payment), Purelymail (email), Supabase (database), our server at Hetzner (the website) and the carrier that delivers the order. We do not sell your data.

Cookies

We only use one necessary cookie that remembers your cart. We use no analytics or marketing.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, have errors corrected and request deletion, except where the law requires us to keep it, for example bookkeeping records. Email ciao@casadeljuniper.com. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (imy.se).
