Orders and contract

We sell olive oil and accessories to consumers in the EU. The contract is formed when your payment has gone through and you have received an order confirmation by email.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is handled by Stripe.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer rules. The terms are on the Returns page.

Complaints

If an item is damaged or faulty, contact us at ciao@casadeljuniper.com as soon as you notice and we will help you. You have the right to complain under consumer law, up to three years after receiving the item.

Disputes

Swedish law applies. If we cannot resolve a dispute together, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (arn.se).
